Olivia Newton John’s appeal seems to be timeless. With a career spanning more than three decades she is still a vibrant, creative individual that is adored by fans across the world. Throughout her career, the much-loved star, who danced with Gene Kelly in “Xanadu,” hosted the popular internationally syndicated “Wild Life” television show, was bestowed an O.B.E. (Order Of The British Empire) by Queen Elizabeth in 1979, has held many humanitarian causes close to her heart, particularly since the birth of her daughter Chloe in 1986.

Amy Sky is a celebrated singer-songwriter and actress from Canada. When not touring, or fulfilling her many charitable obligations, Amy lives in Toronto in harmony with her husband, acclaimed singer songwriter, Marc Jordan and their two children. |

Olivia has worked in the past with Amy. Most recently they collaborated on songs together for the Stonger Than Before CD.

Gary Remal Malkin is an award winning composer, producer and performer
with twenty years experience creating moving music for television, film and
commercials. A three-time ASCAP winner in 1994 for the most performed background
scores on television, he was awarded a Northern California Emmy in 1994 for
the children's rights organization Children Now. Mr. Malkin's credits include
the original music for the films (Thousand Pieces of Gold, Maria's Lovers and Wild Rose); national television series (Unsolved Mysteries, Twilight Zone, I Witness Video); television documentaries (Dark Circle, We the People, Five American
Guns) as well as hundreds of national commercial campaigns (Infiniti, Avia and
Bank of America). His soundtrack for the film, Thousand Pieces of Gold, receives
rave reviews nationwide.
Following the birth of his daughter in 1992, he became increasingly interested
in projects that make a difference in the world. In the same year, he signed
as a recording artist with Real Music, and subsequently releasing two CD's.
After years of looking for a way to integrate his musical talents with his spiritual
values, he is proud to be the co-creator of the Wisdom of the World series,
the culmination of a lifelong dream. |

Michael Stillwater is a musical healer and pioneer in the field of intuitive singing
& chant. For twenty five years he has dedicated his music to healing separation
appearing within and between people, addressing universal spiritual principles
through the doorway of the heart. He is an award-winning songwriter and recording
artist who has performed with many of the leading visionaries of our time, co-directing
the Heavensong Music Ministry from 1978 to 1990, and directing Inner Harmony/
Medicine Music from 1979 to the present. His affinity with people of different
spiritual traditions prepared him for the role of interviewing the speakers
on Graceful Passages.
His contact with end of life care began with his father's death in 1993. Following
his work with hospice, the concept of producing a series of recordings to meet
and support people in their transitions began to develop. The first recording
inspired by this theme was Everywhere A Child Is Born, focused on birth. He
was invited to facilitate the national meetings for Supportive Care of the Dying
Coalition, an alliance of Catholic healthcare systems, He recorded Rocked in
the Cradle, songs for transition, while developing Graceful Passages. He presents
at conferences on Medical Ethics, Medicine & Prayer, Comfort Care, The Spirit
of Caregiving and Spirituality in Business.

About Graceful Passages
Graceful Passages is an audio CD containing music with spoken passages from a variety of spiritual leaders and leaders in end-of-life care. Included are the voices of Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, Ram Dass, Thich Nhat Hanh, Arun and Sunanada Gandhi and others. Based on an inclusive inter-faith model, it includes segments inspired by Jewish, Catholic, Protestant, Confucian, Buddhist, Hindu, and American Indian traditions. Not all selections will resonate with all listeners, but there is something here for almost everyone. The moving musical score by Emmy award winning composer Gary Remal Malkin nicely complements the spoken material.
