Watzu and Labyrinth

Stress is probably the most common enemy to our overall health. This segment explores two very different ways of dealing with stress.

Stress Reduction (1) Watsu, a deep form of relaxation therapy in warm water, and (2) Labyrinth work, a winding path that leads into series of switchbacks and curves all the way to the center, and then back out again.
