Exciting New Healing Quest Season Launches

Healing Quest’s most powerful season ever launches this month on PBS stations across the country.   Every episode in the 1200 Series – HQ 1201 – 1207 — features in-depth Inner World coverage focusing on trauma transformation: the good news about dealing with the bad things that happen in life.

The segments explore 21st Century advances in brain science and treatment techniques that now enable us to view trauma as a portal to positive transformation. HQ’s 1200 season features leading experts in the field of trauma recovery, including EMDR, Brainspotting and Somatic Experiencing along with more familiar methods such as family counseling, yoga and breath work.

Healing Quest is available on more than 100 PBS stations covering nearly 70% of all U.S. TV households.   Co-creators Judy Brooks and Roy Walkenhorst are joined in the 1200 series by Inner World Guide Michele Bernhardt.

HealingQuest to Debut in NYC on WLIW-21 October 23

SONOMA, CA (Oct. 13, 2005) – Healing Quest, the only national TV series focused on integrative health and natural approaches to well-being premieres in New York City at 11 AM Sunday, October 23 on WLIW-TV, Channel 21.

“Our goal with Healing Quest is to give our viewers solid information about the ever-increasing spectrum of options to help them achieve not just the absence of illness but optimum health for mind, body and spirit,” said Judy Brooks, creator and co-host of the series.

Every episode of the weekly Healing Quest series includes:

Healing Secrets, a segment with Dr. Deepak Chopra, the world-renowned author and physician.

A Nutrition Tip, which recognizes the growing importance of food as medicine.

Series To Begin Fourth Season As The Only Weekly National TV Series Providing Authoritative Information On Integrative Health And Natural Approaches To Well-Being Sonoma, California, October 2, 2007 – Lightbridge Media, the creators and producers of the Healing Quest television series ( airing on PBS stations across the country, announced today that music and film icon Olivia Newton-John will join the series as a co-host beginning with April 2008 episodes.

Ms. Newton-John will join Judy Brooks and Roy Walkenhorst, the founders of Lightbridge Media and Healing Quest’s current on-air hosts, in bringing programming that inspires, informs and empowers consumers to take responsibility for their health and well-being. Visually Stunning PBS Series “Healing Quest” Explores Burgeoning Field of Alternative and Integrative Medicine

John Lane, a little boy suffering from autism, eases into the swimming pool with his two therapists: Marcia Mahon and a sleek, blue-gray bottlenose dolphin. John’s mother, Debra, standing nearby, reflects, “He seems right at home with the dolphins in the water. He likes to put his ear in the water and hear the clicking. And there’s something about that with the autism that he seems to connect, and it brings out so much in him that he’ll do things that he won’t ordinarily do at home.”

Healing Quest Announces New Co-Hosts for Tenth Season

Rescue, Ca. (March 1, 2012) — Healing Quest, the weekly half-hour television series focused on integrative and optimum health, has added two new co-hosts for its tenth season debuting in July.  Joining series creators Judy Brooks and Roy Walkenhorst are Dr. Brenda Wade and Michele Bernhardt, both experts in their fields.

Dr. Brenda Wade is a clinical psychologist specializing in couples and family therapy.. She has appeared on CNN, the Today Show, Good Morning America and Oprah.  Her most recent book, Power Choices, demonstrates the power of psychology and spirituality to transform lives. She also provides counseling and coaching services and teleseminars to help participants move to healthier, happier, more abundant lives.

Michele Bernhardt uses a combination of relaxation, meditation, astrology, numerology and sound and color therapies in her multi-disciplinary approach to the intuitive arts. She has appeared on Fox, Bloomberg and Oxygen TV and is a frequent contributor to many publications including Redbook, Country Living and Travel and Leisure.
